Software Center

To play the almost games now and avoid the errors, your machine should be installed the following support programs. Besides, if your computer has a discrete grahics card, you should also update the graphics card driver instead of using the Windows default driver. To download drivers, you should go to google and search for keyword " your name of the graphics card + drivers".

Note:

• The heavy games is usually accompanied by support softwares to play that game. When install the game, the setup program will ask if you want to install the software or not, your computer should be allowed to install (even if you have installed the support softwares below), bacause the version of support software that is bundled with the game is the best version to play that game. 
• You don't need to dowload all of the support programs below to play the game. Because each game has different requirements. But you should download at least three software: DirectX, .NET framework, Microsoft Visual C++ and you will play most game on the market. .

The list below is sorted by descending degree of importance of the program.

1. DirectX

The majority of today's games require you to install DirectX, otherwise the game will not play, or lost audio, or other errors ...

Download & Install both of two versions of directX below: 

Version 1 and Version 2

2. .NET Framework

This is a program that is required in a lot of games. It may be available in your computer but may be faulty or use an older version. 

You should download and install the turn from the old to the new version.

6. Some dll file

While running some games have error of missing dll file such as: d3dx9_36.dll, d3dx9_41.dll, d3dx9_42.dll... To solve this problem, you just download the popular dll files here. After downloading, you unzip the file and move it to the folder C:\Windows\System32 (you don't need to do this step for other games). Or you can unzip into the folder containing the game that is missing the dll file.

Then try to open the game again,if the game still has error, restart your computer and follow these steps:

• 1. Click Start button of Windows and select Run.
• 2. Type CMD and Enter.
• 3. Type regsvr32 "file_name.dll" and Enter (Note: rename "file_name.dll" by the name of file dll that miss in the game).

Support download program
